We offer several types searches depending on your company's budget and urgency.
Straight Contingent Search: Negotiable fee based on income. Only due when our candidate is hired. No exclusivity or priority..
Engagement Contingent Fee: Reduced fee of 25% including an initial engagement fee of 25% of the total fee or a minimum $4,000.00 which ever is less, with the balance of our fee due when our candidate is hired. This agreement receives priority over straight contingent searches.
Retained Search: Reduced fee of 25%. One third (1/3) due upon agreement, 1/3 due upon receipt of 3 qualified candidates and the balance due when our candidate is hired. This agreement has top priority.
Multiple Searches: We will negotiate our fees based on volume and exclusivity. Call for details.
